Do you have an office? When is the Office open?

What are your office hours?

What are the requirements?

Our basic requirements are:

  • A minimum income equal to 3 times the monthly rent.
  • We conduct a full credit history search. Bankruptcy, judgments, money owed and evictions from previous landlords will require manual review.
  • We look at all criminal history. Any felony, and/or misdemeanor convictions, sexual offense or drug related cases will be subject to manual review.

How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $35 per adult that will be occupying the unit. We will do both a background and credit history check for each applicant.

What is the deposit? 

The deposit for each floor plan is listed on our application page. The deposit is refundable upon move out if the criteria is met.

Do we take pets?

Yes, we are a pet friendly apartment complex. Pets must be 25-35 lbs or less. There are pet fees, pet rent and other requirements associated with the approval of your pet.

Do we accept Section 8 or any type of housing vouchers?

Yes, if all other criteria listed above is met and if your competed application is approved.

Are you an income based apartment?

No, a minimum income equal to 3 times the monthly rent must be met.

What are your leasing terms?

We offer 1-year leases. We have a 6-month lease option that requires $75 more a month in rent. We have no month-to-month lease option.

What utilities is a tenant responsible for?

We bundle Water, Sewer, and Trash in a low fee depending on the size of the unit. You are responsible for all electricity.

How do I do my laundry?

Washer and Dryers are furnished in all of our units.
